Is Online Physio for me?

Online Physio is for you if:

✔️ You’ve seen a rehab professional, been given exercises to do at home, but only did them sporadically.

✔️ Your pain has flared up, but your next appointment is days away, and you’re unsure how to manage it in the meantime.

✔️ You've been around the houses, spent £100s (if not £1000s!) and been let down by traditional methods of physiotherapy that just don’t work for you.

✔️ You were never provided clear timelines or guidance on your rehab stages and don’t know when you’ll be pain-free.

✔️ You're tired of the same basic bodyweight or band exercises prescribed every week, without real progress.

We go against the grain…

Instead of the typical rehab approach that charges per session, we focus on delivering outcomes - you pay for the results, not our time.

What if I need hands on therapy and manipulation?

This is one of the biggest misconceptions in the rehab industry: that you need hands-on treatment to get out of pain.

In reality, massage and manipulation don't provide a long-term solution. They may offer temporary relief, but often only keep the discomfort at bay until the next flare-up.

Now don't get me wrong, hands on therapy isn't inherently bad, but if you truly want to become pain free it's not the solution.

How much does it cost?

We have a few programme options, providing we’re a good fit, we’d be more than happy to work within your budget. There are instalment options too because the most important thing is that you get the help you need.

Now, let’s put this into perspective…

A typical good physio costs £80+ per session.

Now, if you’re seeing a physio once a week, that’s £80 x 4 = £320 per month, at a minimum… for just 4 hours of contact time.

And honestly, after those 4 sessions, you’re often still dealing with pain. Many of our clients have seen the same rehab professional for years without long-term results.

That’s not only incredibly expensive but ineffective. With PTP, things are different.

You don’t pay for sessions - you pay for results.

We’re focused on getting you pain-free and performing at your best, no matter how much time it takes each week or month.

So when you compare the value - £320+ per month for limited contact and no guarantee of being pain-free - joining PTP is a much better investment in both time and money.

How will you know if I'm doing my rehab correctly?

You can send as many videos as you'd like into our app for direct feedback. We don't progress the rehab until we can see that you are performing every movement correctly.

Do I have to be a member of a gym to join?

No – you can still achieve amazing results without a gym membership. Everything will be tailored to what you have available – it’s up to you if you wish to train at home or at a gym of your choice.

I'm busy, is this for me?

Everyone we work with would class themselves as 'busy'. Our job is to compliment your life, not complicate it. We make things gel with your day-to-day life - you won't have to give up and change your entire life.

In a lot of cases, we actually give you more time because of the systems, structure and habits that you will create.⁣⁣

Can I use my insurance to cover the physio?

Yes, you may be able to use your insurance company to cover the programme. Many insurance providers have now expanded their coverage to include online physio.

Here are a few steps to determine your coverage (ideally have been through this before our call):

1️⃣ Check Your Policy

Contact your insurance provider to confirm whether your plan covers online physio or ‘Telehealth’.

2️⃣ Network Providers

Some insurance plans require you to see a provider within their network for coverage. Verify if I am an approved provider under your plan.

3️⃣ Documentation

If your insurance covers the service, I can provide you with a detailed receipt or invoice to submit for reimbursement, which may include the service date, type of treatment, and my credentials.

4️⃣ Direct billing

In some cases, I may offer direct billing to your insurance company, making the process easier for you.
